Course Overview

Revit Essentials is a focused 20-hour course covering only the essential tools of Autodesk Revit 2027 that most users need immediately. Designed for professionals who need a shorter, more affordable introduction to Revit before committing to the full Fundamentals program.

The course concentrates on the core drawing commands: creating the building shell, inserting components, making basic modifications, and printing a PDF. It does not cover 3D visualization, rendering, or advanced Revit tools — those are covered in the separate Revit 3D and Revit Advanced courses.

  • Revit 2027 interface, navigation, and project setup
  • Creating and modifying walls (straight, curved, and multi-layer)
  • Adding floors, ceilings, and slabs
